  My intentions when going to Alliance was to pay my renewal with my insurance company National General because my agency is in Salisbury and I had cash to pay with and did not want to drive that far for one payment. Carmen at the front desk asked me if I wanted to get a new quote to see if my payment would go down any so I agreed. She got the payment lowered and then passed it on to Julie. Julie then went on to find me an even cheaper rate with a new company! While waiting for quotes we laughed and had a great time the atmosphere was amazing Carmen and Julie were very friendly! After thinking I would be paying $225 to them I left there only paying $175 and a cheaper payment!!! I was very please they took the time to help me out. It was a great experience!!

  Julie has been absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband and I initially just used Alliance for our auto insurance needs and very quickly moved over our homeowner's policies, as well. We have also received very competitive quotes for an umbrella policy. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family.

  I am a salesperson at a dealership and tried to help one of this companies clients to get his insurance card faxed or emailed here to us. Pretty simple process right? Well it turns out it's not if you are a customer of this here outstanding business. I sat with their client for over 3 hours total waiting for proof he was insured. They first told me they had no record of his vehicle and explained to me that the were busy. I informed both the agent and their receptionist that their customer was fed up to the point he wanted to drop them as a carrier. I walk into work today looking for my email or fax (which still isn't here ) and received a copy of an email they sent to my management here stating I was "rude", "high and mighty", "condescending" and a "jerk". Sorry I tried to do my job and assist YOUR client. For the record all my phone calls here at my dealership are recorded and I was easily able to prove definitively that it was not me that was the problem or rude..... the best part is that we still don't have the info we need in house! Maybe spend less time writing personal emails lying about my behavior and focus more on yourselves and your clients. Needless to day one star here is a bit of a stretch. Google needs an option for 0 because you guys have set the bar so low here with your personal attacks and terrible customer service that Google can't even register how bad it really is to deal with these "professionals." I do want to noteat here that the actual rep I dealt with was friendly (I believe her name is Julie) a better company will hire her I have no doubt. I would avoid them unless you like 2 hour hold times and personal attacks on your character. Other than that they are just great :)

  I absolutely love Julie at Alliance! She is fantastic and I have never had ANY issues with my insurance. They ALWAYS help me out if I ever run into any problems. We had a wreck just recently and the staff was super helpful and we were able to get through the paperwork with ease. I have my car insurance and my husband has his motorcycle insurance through Alliance and we absolutely love them! We were introduced to Alliance through a dealership and we have stayed ever since because we enjoy the awesome prices and fantastic customer service! I would give them more than 5 Stars! :)
