  I moved here in Statesville North Carolina thinking this city would be a better place to live. So I transfered my housing voucher to Statesville Housing Authority. At first I had a good manager that was fair with calculating how much rent I have to pay the landlord. She was fair with my rent decrease and increase for awhile. Then later she told me that I will get another person who is also a manager. I was very upset at that point, cause this person begin to not calculate my income wrong, I had a job that pays alittle higher than my other jobs. So she would tell me on the phone how much rent I have to pay without even sending me a letter wanting two check stubs. I had to argue about that situation until the same manager helped me, she had to adjust my amount of rent to pay according to my income. So now I was terminated from that good job reported the change again to the manager they assigned me too. I reported the change since August 21 and still have not receive a letter of how much rent Iam suppose to pay. I spoked with a operations manager and she told me we have alot clients that come in monthly and have to report a change. That was an excuse for me to really stop calling the office. I have never seen alot of people coming there reporting changes of income. It has been two to three weeks and that manager have never sent me me a letter yet. I have started a job now and I know she is going to send me a letter once I report that Ian working. If she does do this to me again, I will find the right people to file a serious complaint against Statesville Housing Authority.
